The BH9000 Machinery Protection System (MPS) features condition monitoring, fault diagnosis, and vibration protection in one system, making it suitable for monitoring and protection of critical machinery. The system continuously monitors vibration and process parameters, such as radial vibration, case vibration, axial displacement, key phase, speed, eccentricity, differential expansion, temperature, and pressure etc. It provides reliable protection against catastrophic equipment failures and offers comprehensive analytical tools for predicting and diagnosing mechanical faults.
The BH9000 can continuously and synchronously collect, analyze and store all kinds of input signals, and can automatically identify the running status of the machine, such as startup/shutdown, speed up/down, and normal or abnormal status, and collect data according to the running status.
When there is an abnormality in the machine, the system drives relays output according to the logical operation which is set inside system to shutdown machine in order to avoid greater losses.
Each input channel corresponds to a 4-20 mA output, which converts the sensor measurement value into a current signal for PLC, DCS or others.
Records alarm events and system events. The list of events allows you to recognize the status of the BH9000 at the moment of the event.
BH9000 has professional vibration analysis tools, including Trend, Waveform, Spectrum, Phase, Envelope, Shaft Orbit, Shaft Position, Waterfall, Bode, Polar, Cascade and so on.
It is possible to diagnose mechanical faults such as imbalance, misalignment, component dislodgement, surge, flow excitation, gear and bearing failure, etc., based on professional analysis tools.
