The BH9000 Machinery Protection System (MPS) features condition monitoring, fault diagnosis, and vibration protection in one system, making it suitable for monitoring and protection of critical machinery. It is possible to diagnose mechanical faults such as imbalance, misalignment, component dislodgement, surge, flow excitation, gear and bearing failure, etc., based on professional analysis tools.
BH7000 Data Collector, a key hardware, is designed for condition monitoring system. The modularization feature makes BH7000 a universal platform which can be applied in any scenario. By combining different modules, BH7000 can be applied on various machines.

Stepless Capacity Control System (BHSCCS for short) is designed for reciprocating compressors and utilizes a partial-stroke, top-opening inlet valve. The system adopts a hydraulic system to control the mechanical unloader to press open the suction valve, control the compressor discharge volume by controlling the volume of air returning to the suction pipeline during the compression process, thus controlling the load of the unit to meet the demands of the production process on site, eliminating the return loss, effectively reducing the operating current of the unit under low load condition, and realizing the high efficiency and green operation of the unit.
