DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE
Bohua possesses more than ten senior fault diagnostic experts and dozens of diagnostic engineers who have been rooted in the customer’s site for a long time. Our diagnostic team equipped with solid theoretical knowledge and rich experience in Condition Monitoring and Fault diagnostic, and they are good at solving the sophisticated faults of the equipment. From 2006 to now, the company has continuously served for CNPC, CNOOC, Sinopec, National Energy Group, China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group and other enterprises, by remote or on-site diagnosis of large rotary machine, reciprocating compressors, gas turbines, blowers, pumps, diesel engines and other types of equipment, safeguarding safe and stable running of equipment, and playing an important role in enhancing the level of equipment management of the enterprise.
On-site Service
Bohua has stationed on-site diagnostic services teams in more than ten customers, such as Guangxi Petrochemical, Sichuan Petrochemical, etc. These services teams, together with remote monitoring and diagnostic personnel in Beijing, provide condition monitoring and fault diagnosis services for various types of rotating equipment, and promote the realization of predictive maintenance of the enterprises. The enterprises served by Bohua applied BH5000 condition monitoring system and BH550 portable devices, and established a diagnostic center by adopting the mode of Three Machines in One and Three Modes in One. Over the years, Bohua has provided a lot of fruitful inspection and maintenance suggestions for the customers to solve the equipment fault, avoiding a considerable number of repeated equipment accidents and saving a lot of cost.
